Position: Outbound Call Agent
Duration: Part-time or full-time, 6 month contract
Compensation: $15.50 / hour + performance bonuses
Constituent Manager Solutions is a consulting firm located in Ottawa, Ontario that provides advisory, communications, data management and voter contact services to advocacy groups, political campaigns and elected officials at all levels of government across Canada.
As an Outbound Call Agent, you'd be a key member of our firm's voter contact team. Outbound Call Agents are the backbone of our firm's outreach services. This job is ideal for students in college or university who are looking to start a career in politics or for students who already have prior experience working in government or on political campaigns.
Assisting with daily call centre operations which includes technical support for volunteers that we work.
Calling electors for the purpose of voter identification, fundraising and get out the vote (GOTV) activities.
Helping manage an internal constituent database and Do Not Call (DNC) List.
Basic data entry and additional tasks as required.
Currently enrolled in either computer science, political science, public administration, communications or any other applicable program at an accredited college or university.
Effective communicator with an interest in or previous experience working in a call centre environment. Bilingualism is an asset.
Capable of using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace. Prior experience using CallHub, NationBuilder or another CRM is an asset.
